L'oiseau (The Bird) - a film made by the free spirits of Raquel Couto and Rodrigo Benatti
Nonsense Society artist/photographer Rodrigo Benatti recently emailed me about a new film he made with Raquel Couto as an entry for a Sigur Rós music video competition. Unfortunately the voting period ended, but I needed to share it with you guys. This film is breathtaking. The music, narration, dark visuals, and emotions are incredibly moving. Pieces like these are what make me proud to curate and run the Nonsense Society website. Thank you Rodrigo and Raquel for sharing this incredible work.

“The valtari mystery film experiment”

This film was made in complete freedom of creation. Paul Claudel’s words guided us poetically through Fjögur píanó by Sigur Rós. It’s a piece about harmony and abandonment.

English title: The Bird
